       Senior Sales Representative 
      
       The Senior Sales Representative, as part of the Sales group, has overall responsibility to sell DR International products/services in an assigned territory portfolio and overall sales management of that portfolio
	
		
	
	
		
			- 
				Implement sales plan to meet annual sales plan and marketing plan objectives and develop broader plans for sector beyond assigned portfolio.
 
			- 
				Remain fully abreast of/provide insights on market conditions, trends, competitor activity and emerging opportunities.
 
			- 
				Execute sales processes and pipeline management for own portfolio. Provide assistance or oversight of pipeline application of assigned sector/region/zone opportunities.
 
			- 
				Manage credit and pricing consistent with defined offer standards.
 
			- 
				Support Channel Partners (e.g. Distribution, Retail, Repair Shop, OEM (original equipment manufacturer), etc.) by providing targeted coaching to strategic distributors/sales pipeline coaching and sell-out support to their staff.
 
			- 
				Effective and efficient use of internal expertise, field engineering, technology or marketing resources
 
			- 
				Incorporate supply chain constraints/strengths in planning
 
			- 
				Develop and demonstrate effective coaching and communication techniques to build positive relationships with distributor and customers
 
		
		
			
		
		
			- 
				Graduate in Engineering degree from a recognized university with a score of 6 CGPA or above.
 
			- 
				Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience as a Sales Representative.
 
			- 
				Prior experience in polymer/plastics/packaging industry is preferred.
 
			- 
				Willing to travel for customer visits and other business needs.
 
			-
